The semi-finals of the 4th Benaulim Constituency Veterans Football Tournament, organised and sponsored by Capt. Venzy Viegas, witnessed exciting football action at the SAG Ground, Vaddie, Benaulim, with Seraulim Veterans securing a convincing berth in the final.

Seraulim Veterans produced a commanding performance to register a comprehensive 5-0 victory over Benaulim Veterans Blue in the semi-final encounter. The winners dominated proceedings from the outset, displaying sharp attacking football and solid teamwork throughout the match.
Jess Fernandes emerged as the star performer, scoring a brilliant hat-trick to tear apart the Benaulim defence and put his side firmly in control. Steven Fernandes and Sandeep Shanke also found the back of the net, contributing a goal each to complete the rout.
Despite their efforts, Benaulim Veterans Blue struggled to contain Seraulim’s relentless attacks and were unable to find a response as the match progressed.
For his outstanding performance and match-winning hat-trick, Jess Fernandes was named Man of the Match. The award was presented to him by Fr. Nicholas Dias.
With this emphatic victory, Seraulim Veterans advance to the final of the tournament and will be aiming to carry their impressive form into the title-deciding clash.
