The Porvorim Police successfully traced a 19-year-old woman from Jaipur, Rajasthan, who had been reported missing, with the help of the NATGRID (National Intelligence Grid) portal.
During the course of the investigation, police verified through the NATGRID portal that a missing-person FIR had already been registered by the Jaipur Police in Rajasthan.

Following the confirmation, the Porvorim Police coordinated with their counterparts in Jaipur and informed the girl’s family about her whereabouts.
The family is currently travelling to Goa to take the 19-year-old into their custody.
Police said the prompt use of the NATGRID portal played a key role in identifying the missing woman and facilitating coordination between law enforcement agencies in Goa and Rajasthan, leading to her safe recovery.
