Ponda: Chief Minister Pramod Sawant said the ₹12-crore Indo-Israel Centre of Excellence for Vegetables and Flowers at the Government Agricultural Farm in Codar, Ponda, will provide a technology-driven boost to horticulture in Goa.
The centre is aimed at supplying quality seedlings to Goan farmers while helping improve the quality, productivity and overall cultivation practices for vegetables and flowers.
