The North Goa Special NDPS Court in Merces has granted conditional bail to Priscilla Adjetey, a 40-year-old Ghanaian national who was arrested by Calangute Police in January 2022 in connection with an alleged drug possession case.
According to the case, Adjetey was allegedly found in possession of 35 grams of heroin, 35 grams of cocaine, 34 grams of charas and 8 grams of ecstasy tablets. The seized substances were collectively valued at approximately Rs 12.12 lakh.

The court granted bail on Adjetey’s eighth application. Her seven earlier bail pleas had either been rejected or withdrawn.
The latest order allows Adjetey to be released on conditional bail while the proceedings in the case continue.
