The shops are constructed in such a way as the passage is just 1.5 meters between two shops. As people don’t enter inside, there is no business for vendors. Even the market surrounding is very dirty. They being Goans have to suffer.

Complaints filed by over 100 residents and business owners around Vishant Theatre in April 2012 and by the residents of Silver Towers Complex in August 2012 with the government authorities concerned have failed to resolve the impasse. As of date in spite of numerous reminders, the various government departments have turned a blind eye. The residents of Silver Towers Complex have no choice, but to park their vehicles along the interior road and the main Road leading to Margão City, as the residents are deprived of their approved parking facility due to encroachments and other illegalities in their parking lot leading to traffic chaos, accidents, confrontations and pose a serious threat to the lives of pedestrians along the main road around Vishant Theatre.
