MARGAO: Ambelim Sports Club trounced Immaculate Conception Sports Club (ICSC), Paroda 3-0 to move into the semi-finals of the 6th Cuncolim Union Football Trophy, organized by Cuncolim Union in association with Santa Cruz Club of Cavelossim, at Cuncolim ground, on Wednesday. There was no score in the first session.
Ambelim SC dominated the proceedings right from the start but missed at least three goal scoring opportunities.
Changing over, Ambelim SC were on the fore front and scored three goals.
Nial Cardoza scored a brace in the 32nd and 57th minutes while Prinson Fernandes netted the third goal.
