‘Cashless is not mandatory’
PANJIM: Commercial Taxes Commissioner Deepak Bandekar on Tuesday said there is no coercion on vendors, traders and businessmen in Goa to go completely cashless, but the shortage in issuing POS machines from banks has delayed the cashless drive.
