PANJIM: Churchill Bros scored a hard fought 1-0 victory over F C Goa in a highly competitive Group B Under-20 Taca Goa football match at Nagoa ground, Verna on Sunday.

The only goal of the match was scored by Roger Pereira of Churchill Brothers in the 51st minute, after a well-placed pass from his teammate.
Both teams showed great attacking intent, but it was Churchill Brothers who dominated possession and created more opportunities. FC Goa struggled to penetrate Churchill Brothers’ defense.
