Last year the people of Delhi gave the thumbs up to the Aam Aadmi Party by voting it to power as the single largest party. But AAP found the going tough and self-destructed in 49 days. This time around the party cannot even think of such an excuse. Delhi now has given the AAP a carte blanche mandate to usher ‘change’ in the capital and by extension, to the entire country. It is very unfortunate that AAP should thumb its nose at the people of Delhi and stoop to the same dirty political shenanigans they fought against. AAP seems to be missing the plot and thereby a golden opportunity of spreading its footprints in metros, cities and towns across the country.
