He is not doing this for the love of commuters but for his own greed. Is it possible to carry two helmets? The transport minister and the chief minister should use motor cycle with two helmets instead of using posh cars. It is wrong to say that the people die on the roads because of non use of helmets. They die because of rash riding, for not following the traffic rules, bad roads etc. Please, Mr Dhavalikar stop this nonsense and don’t inconvenience the riders.
