It is a well known fact that politicians, bureaucrats/babus of all classes and creed have invested heavily in Goa’s real estate market and they will not give in that easily. Mizoram, Himachal & Uttarkhand have been given special status, than why a different yardstick is applied to Goa. It is now upto the state govt to save the limited land resources at our disposal, instead of raising useless issues like bikinis and pub culture.
