To ensure seamless security, the Rachakonda police commissionerate has rolled out an extensive operational plan divided into 18 sectors covering the summit venue, designated hotels, major access routes, and surrounding zones.

A stringent three-tier security structure has been established. The outer ring will be managed by Law & Order and Traffic Police to maintain crowd discipline and regulate vehicle movement. Armed police units will guard the middle ring, providing perimeter protection, while the inner ring—reserved for VVIP movement—will be monitored by the Special Branch, Intelligence personnel, and specialised event security teams.
