The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE), Dharamshala, declared the Class 10 board examination results on May 10 through its official website, hpbose.org. According to HPBOSE Chairman Rajesh Sharma, the overall pass percentage this year stands at 83.87%. Reports stated that Anmol from Kangra district secured the top rank in the matric examinations.
A total of 93,564 students appeared for the HPBOSE Class 10 exams conducted between March 3 and March 29 across 384 examination centres in Himachal Pradesh. The examinations began with the English paper and concluded with the Social Science examination. Most papers were held from 9:45 am to 1 pm.

Students can access their scorecards by visiting hpbose.org and entering their roll number and date of birth in the result portal. The board clarified that students must secure at least 33% marks in each subject, including theory and practicals, along with an overall aggregate of 33% to pass the examinations.
Students dissatisfied with their marks can apply for improvement or supplementary examinations. The board is expected to announce the detailed schedule for these exams soon.
