PANJIM: The passing out parade of police sub-inspectors held at the Maharashtra Police Academy saw 20 cadets from Goa among total 477 men completing training in the academy.
The passing out parade of a batch comprising of 477 men and 192 women officers were held in the presence of Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray who was the chief guest for the function.
The highlight of this batch that comprised of 20 new PSI recruits from Goa was, first time these officials were also given advanced training which is imparted to the BSF officers. Superintendent of Police Bosco George represented the Goa Police recruits batch.
