Old Goa police conducted a narcotics raid in Chimbel and arrested a 28-year-old man for allegedly possessing 312 grams of suspected ganja. The seized narcotic substance is estimated to be worth around ₹30,000, officials said.
The accused has been taken into custody, and a case has been registered under relevant provisions of the law. Police added that further investigation is currently underway to trace the source of the drugs and identify any possible links to larger supply networks.
