MAPUSA: Mapusa police on Monday booked five residents of Revora in connection with a case of assault and molestation.
According to Mapusa police, one Anishka Arjun Kauthankar, a resident of Revora in her complaint stated that Shailesh Shantaram Bagkar, Pravin Bagkar, Gitesh Suresh Bagkar, Parshuram Bagkar and Sidhesh Pramod Bagkar, all residents of Revora on Sunday evening trespassed into her house, abused and assaulted her husband Arjun Kauthankar, Prasad Prabhkar Kauthankar and her with an iron rod.
The accused later molested the complainant. She statedthat the accused got into an argument over a car being parked by Arjun Kauthankar outside the accused house.
