Around 90,000 voter names are set to be removed in the first draft of the electoral roll, according to Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) IAS Sanjay Goel. These deletions result from the SIR process, which identified entries marked as deceased, shifted, absent, or duplicated during enumeration.
