The Mandrem Police Station has registered an FIR against Francesco Rodrigues, a resident of Girkarwada in Arambol, for allegedly failing to submit the mandatory ‘C’ form for six Ugandan nationals staying at his property.
According to police sources, the foreign nationals were residing at Vitorino Villa in Arambol, Pernem. As per regulations, property owners and hoteliers are required to submit the ‘C’ form to authorities when accommodating foreign nationals, providing details of their stay.

Police stated that the accused allegedly did not comply with this mandatory reporting requirement, prompting the registration of the case.
