Bail rejected in PSI stabbing case

MARGAO, MARCH 26 The South Goa Additional Sessions court has rejected the bail application moved by Santosh Naik who was arrested by Cuncolim police in the PSI stabbing case. This is the second time that the bail plea of the accused, who was arrested for the offense of attempt to murder PSI Prasanna Acharya, stands rejected by the court.

The South Goa Additional Sessions court has rejected the bail application moved by Santosh Naik who was arrested by Cuncolim police in the PSI stabbing case.
This is the second time that the bail plea of the accused, who was arrested for the offense of attempt to murder PSI Prasanna Acharya, stands rejected by the court.
Meanwhile, the same court has granted conditional anticipatory bail to six persons, including a husband and his relatives, who had moved the court following a complaint lodged by the wife alleging harassment.
