A bike rider from Sadashivgad was reportedly injured after being struck by a vehicle allegedly part of the convoy of Karnataka Medical Education Minister Sharan Prakash Patil at Karmalghat.
The injured rider has been identified as Satish Naik. According to reports, the incident occurred when a vehicle said to be attached to the minister’s convoy collided with his motorcycle, resulting in injuries.

Sources claimed that the vehicle involved was allegedly associated with Additional Secretary Mohammad Mohsin from the state’s Medical Education Department. Following the impact, the convoy vehicle reportedly continued ahead without stopping to assist the injured rider.
