PWD Minister Sudin Dhavalikar has said the recently passed legislation on regularising unauthorized constructions will directly benefit Goan residents in his constituency, many of whom live in such houses.
“In my constituency, there’s Bandora Communidade, Madkaim Kundaim Communidade, and Wadi-Talaulim Communidade. In Kundaim Communidade, there are almost 80 illegal houses, Bandora has 37, and Madkaim has more than 50. All these residents are Goans, not outsiders. This Bill will benefit Goan people,” Dhavalikar stated.
