PANJIM: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Goa President Sadanand Shet Tanavade on Thursday appointed Giriraj Pai Vernekar and Adv Yatish Naik as its State spokespersons. This appointment comes into force with immediate effect, stated BJP State General Secretary Narendra Sawaikar.
Pai Vernekar was the secretary of Friends of Good Governance (FOGG),a NGO while, Adv Yatish Naik had joined BJP last month after quitting TMC ahead of Assembly elections.
