PANJIM: Bharatiya Bhasha Suraksha Manch (BBSM) has come out in support of MGP after BJP slammed its ally for supporting the pro-mother tongue lovers in its ongoing campaign on the Medium of Instruction (MoI) issue.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, BBSM said that BJP does not have the moral right to pull up its ally for supporting the manch’s campaign.
Addressing the media on Monday, BJP State President Vinay Tendulkar had asked the MGP to stop its doublespeak on MoI as the party was a part of the Congress-led government in 2011 which decided the MoI policy.
