VASCO: A 17-year-old girl from Bogmalo allegedly committed suicide by consuming Ratol.
According to Vasco Police, the girl consumed the poison on Sunday and got herself admitted in a private hospital after she experienced pain in her stomach. She was later discharged after first aid.
Police further informed that the girl had failed to inform doctors about the reasons behind the abdominal pain.
Police said the girl again visited the private hospital on Thursday and then informed doctors that she was getting abdominal pain as she had consumed poison four days ago. The doctors immediately informed her parents about the incident. Police said the girl died on Friday at about 7.10 am and police is investigating the case.
