Burglary Reported at House in Waghona While Owner Attended Funeral in Karnataka

A burglary has been reported at the residence of Roshan Shaikh in Waghona, under Shelde Panchayat in the Curchorem constituency, prompting Quepem Police to launch an investigation.

According to preliminary information, the theft is suspected to have occurred while the homeowner was away in Karnataka to attend the funeral of a family member. Taking advantage of the house being unoccupied, unidentified persons allegedly broke into the residence and committed the burglary.

Upon receiving the complaint, Quepem Police visited the scene to conduct a preliminary inspection and gather evidence. Investigators have begun inquiries to identify those responsible and determine how the burglary was carried out.
