MARGAO: Maina Curtorim police on Tuesday evening arrested one Samson Fernandes, 22, Cacora, Curchorem under section 341, 353, 356, 379 IPC on a complaint by Pedro Fernandes driver of a Kadamba Transport bus.
He was later released on bail of Rs 10,000 and a surety late evening on Tuesday.
Pedro had complained that when he was driving to Margao, the accused Samson who was driving an Alto car, obstructed him opposite Narrow gate dancing floor, Curtorim by parking his car in front of the KTC bus thereby committed wrongful restrain.
Further the accused Samson also allegedly assaulted Pedro who was discharging lawful duty as public servant; the accused also snatched away the bus key.
