VASCO: Stating that the Supreme Court's decision to permit the resumption of mining activities in the State would provide the much-needed revenue to the port, the Mormugao Port Trust (MPT) Chairman P Mara Pandiyan has admitted that the apex court's cap on the mining "is better than nothing."
