MARGAO: The South District Collector on Tuesday decided to hold the Carnival parade on February 14. The parade will begin from District and Sessions Court, at 3 pm and will conclude by 9 pm, at Borkars Superstore.
The float entries will be accepted last till 3 pm and all floats have to abide the standard operating procedure (SOP) to be given in view of COVID-19 restrictions. This Fatorda route has now become popular avenue for the Shigmo as well as Carnival parades.
