VASCO: A FIR has been registered at Verna Police Station against former Nuvem MLA Francisco (Mickky) Pacheco for threatening.
Pacheco has been accused of threatening a person who questioned him for driving his four-wheeler on the Utorda beach on Sunday. The complaint was filed by Sanny Elain Da Silva
