Replying to a question, he said the police would visit Canacona to seek details on the food preparation by the Surabi Self Help Group, which had supplied the pav bhajji to the government high school at Khola-Canacona on Saturday. ‘The police have registered an offence against the NGO. Since today was a Sunday, the police could not interrogate the SHG officials. We will try and record the statements of the SHG officials on Monday as part of the investigations”, PSI Chawan said.
