MARGAO: Motorcycle-borne persons snatched gold chain weighing 32 grams and valued at Rs 1 lakh from a woman near Water Supply Department office, Murida, Fatorda-Margao on Thursday, at 10.30 am. Police disclosed the name of the victim woman as Nalini Ramesh Thali, a resident of Murida. An offence of theft under sections 170, 379 read with 34 IPC is registered against unknown person.
