MARGAO: The bail application moved by Basavraj Kagi from Margao in an attempt to murder case of a 14-year-old boy by pushing him in the well was rejected by the Goa Children’s Court.

Maina-Curtorim Police said that they have recorded the statement of the teenaged boy. Based on the complaint lodged by the mother of victim, police later registered an offence against alleged accused Basavraj Kagi under Section 307 for attempt to murder.
