There are reports in the newspaper which say that some of the bus stands in Goa, like the Panjim bus stand is compared to an open toilet. If about three to four of these bio-toilets are installed at every corner of these bus stands, the people will be forced to use them and if anyone is found defecating in the open he must be fined Rs 500 and this amount can be used to purchase more bio-toilets.
One bio-toilet is badly required at the Tempo stand near the Vodafone showroom where the tempo drivers and those passing by defecate in open view of the shops and buildings which are just opposite the Tempo stand. Hope the MMC will oblige.
