Mahatma Gandhi said, “The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated.”
Although, we pride ourselves of being a highly developed ODF State, it is a pity to see the number of stray dogs in State. They are everywhere, under the cars, on the staircases and even on the runways. Are we waiting for a major tragedy to strike before we rein in this menace?
