It is noticed several times that our Goa Traffic Police, Police Department and RTO are only behind the two-wheeler riders who do not follow the rules and regulations. I think for our Traffic Police, it is easy to stop the two-wheeler riders and not the four-wheeler and heavy vehicles drivers.
At the same time, they have to give attention and keep an eye on the four-wheeler and heavy vehicles drivers in the State.
It is very easy to catch the two-wheeler riders but hard to catch the drivers of the trucks and buses, who do not even maintain their own vehicles and polluting the environment thereby effecting our health.
All the time the police are only harassing the poor two-wheeler riders and leaving the four-wheeler drivers.
Many of them are not wearing the seat belt and found many people talking on their cell phones while driving , putting the innocent lives at risk.
Four-wheeler vehicles are parked on zebra crossing lines and middle of one way road which is blocking the traffic in the cities. Private as well as State government buses, trucks are polluting the environment each and every single day where our government officials fail to do their duties given to them.
We request our State Police, Traffic Cell and RTO Department to look in this matter as early as possible so that each and every single thing go smoothly in the State where the public can move freely without any problems.
If the manpower is less than our State government should immediately create new jobs for youth who is interested to work in the said departments. And State Kadamba buses should be maintained properly which are always found in the bad conditions.
