Vasco Saptah: Open roads after stalls removed

The Vasco Saptah fair is supposed to be functional for just seven days. But every year for some reason the stall owners are given an extension of two days and even more.
This creates problems for the owners of business establishments and residents along the Swatantra Path. However, the worst part is that the roads are thrown open for the traffic when the stalls still exist on the pavement.
This creates problems for the pedestrians who are forced to walk on the road thereby exposing them to danger. In future, the stalls should be removed strictly after the stipulated seven days or the roads opened only after the pavement is cleared of the stalls.
