The Chief Minister’s Office has informed agitators opposing the proposed Unity Mall project that Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant has convened a meeting later today to discuss their concerns. The meeting is scheduled to be held at 6 pm at Mahalaxmi, Altinho.
According to officials, the discussion will focus on the proposed Unity Mall at the Kadamba Plateau and follows a recent site survey as well as an earlier understanding reached between the government and the agitators. The meeting is expected to address issues raised by local stakeholders and clarify the government’s position on the project.
