PANJIM: Due to the unprecedented rise in COVID-19 cases, the Goa University and its affiliated colleges will remain closed until further orders.
In a circular issued, Officiating Registrar Radhika Nayak said that all the teaching and non-teaching employees of the University and Colleges will work from home during the period.

“The students are advised to attend the online sessions as per schedule applicable,” the circular mentioned.
The State government had earlier said that all the educational institutions in the State will remain close till April 30.
However, in the wake of rising cases, the Director Education as well as Higher Education, has decided to keep schools and higher secondaries close till further orders.
