CANACONA: A case of criminal breach of trust has been registered against a Karnataka native at Canacona police station for not returning the car taken from a resident of Canacona.
Canacona police said they had registered a case against Manja Naik, a resident of Chitradurga, Karnataka, who was temporarily staying and working as a waiter in a hotel in Canacona since the past couple of years.
The accused, who was known to the complainant, Rahul Komarpant, a resident of Rajbaga, in Canacona taluka, had approached him and borrowed his swift car saying he would return it in two days.
