PANJIM: By announcing that Congress in Goa will contest both the seats at the forthcoming Lok sabha polls, the party's newly appointed President John Fernandes said that its ally Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) will have to give up the North Goa seat and in-turn would be compensated with an additional constituency in Maharashtra.
