PANJIM: Congress on Saturday condemned the BJP for holding a public meeting addressed by National Party President Amit Shah at Dabolim airport complex claiming it to be a “gross abuse of power”. “We strongly condemn the act by BJP to hold meeting at Goa airport complex which was addressed by their president Amit Shah in presence of Chief minister Manohar Parrikar,” All India Congress Committee Secretary Girish Chodankar said in a statement issued.
Chodankar said BJP has not set a right example of good governance by such an act and demanded that Airport Authority of India officials who allowed the meeting to be held in airport complex be investigated.
