Panjim: Traffic congestion and jams have come to haunt commuters along the Cortalim-Agassaim stretch as delays and slow moving traffic have become common stuff in the last two weeks.

People have been posting pictures of traffic jam and even complaining about slow moving traffic along this stretch just as it was happening in the previous year.
The situation is such that people are being forced to leave their destination from their point of origin much early so that they could reach in time.
“It has taken us one hour to cross the entire stretch between Cortalim and Agassaim,” a commuter said.
