MARGAO: Quepem police reported that at Copelabhat, Ambaulim, the accused, identified as Joswa Gaikawad of Cuncolim, rode his scooter in a rash and negligent manner, endangering human life while travelling towards Balli. Upon reaching Copelabhat, Ambaulim, near Savitri Shop, he collided against Inacio Fernandes, the rider of a scooter and resident of Ambaulim, Quepem. The rider sustained grievous injuries to his left leg and other parts of his body. The police have registered the offence under Sections 281 and 125(B) of the BNS.
