MARGAO: A woman from Vellim, Salcete, has lodged a complaint with Cuncolim police alleging that on October 2, at 7 pm, the accused persons, Umesh Pawaskar of Velim and Shyam Pawaskar of Velim, criminally trespassed into her house and inappropriately touched her when she came out of the bathroom.

When she shouted for help, both fled the scene, thereby outraging her modesty.
Further, one of the accused allegedly followed the complainant and passed inappropriate remarks against her.
The police have registered the offence under Sections 329(4), 74, 78(2), 79 read with 3(5) of BNS 2023.
