PANJIM: Goa State Commission for Protection of Child Rights has extended the deadline for submitting suggestions for amendments to the Goa Children’s Act, 2003, to October 31, 2018.
“The commission, as per request of various stakeholders, extends the date to October 31, 2018 for submitting the suggestions/ comments along with rationals for the amendment of GCA 2003 and Rules 2004,” a statement issued on Tuesday states.
The Commission had last month invited suggestions from various stakeholders, including departments of police, health and education as well as citizens.
