Ecology defying Eco Tourism Project?

Reception Centre A & B (Morjim/ Colvale)
The reception centers are planned at two ends of the development on islands within the river. It will act as information and ticketing centres together with terminals for water transport and the cable car system. Also safety personnel, fire and medical services, police and administration setup for the development will be controlled for the reception scheme. 
Boat docking and Ferry terminal (Morjim / 19380 sq m)
Spreading over an area of 4.8 acres, this site will have a ferry terminal building with a docking facility and 60 to 80 yacht docking facility with floating lightweight concrete pontoon jetties.
Tourist Village, Salt Plans and fisherman’s wharf (Agarwado / 67818 sq mt)
Spreading over the 18.6 acres, this site has natural salt pans and existing village clusters. A model Goan village is proposed here showcasing daily life as well as art and culture constructed around internal squares which will serve as entertainment and presentation areas. The complex will also house 100 room village hut accommodation with medical and rejuvenation centre targeted towards tourists looking for rejuvenation therapy and a touch of local culture. The development will also include the boardwalk and developed sea food market with sea food outdoor cafes. Salt pans will be retained as a tourist attraction and history of salt museum to be part of attraction. Houseboat enclave of 10 to 12 houseboat is also planned.
Tree Top Hotel (Parsem / 26680 sq m)
The land piece is projecting into river and is filled with trees and vegetation. It is proposed to have a tree top accommodation of 50 to 60 units located above the tree top level with modern amenities without disturbing eco sensitivity of the area. Operation of this would be linked with the hotel complex proposed nearby.
Shipping Museum, Hotel Complex and Exhibition Centre (Tuem / 59385 sq m)
The plot is large piece of land adjoining the ferry location and has large river frontage, which will be a public boardwalk with gardens and facilities for public events. Also a hotel is proposed in the area together with amphitheater for local performances and a shipping museum. The shipping museum will be in two parts with a structure on land side and a set of three barges docked on the water side and museum created within the whole of the barge.
Aquarium and Bird Park (Tuem / 30020 sq m)
One of the major islands within the river site area of 7.46 acres part of the island has an aquarium composing of glass enclosed water banks and glass tunnels together with restaurants, souvenir shops and mini maritime zoo. Top of the glass tanks will have flat water glass boats and feeding platforms for fishes. The rear water front of the island will house boat docking facilities and natural aquarium in the sea with controlled environment. 
Adventure Sports Island & Tented accommodation (Colvale / 92000 sq mt)
The site is for a sports island by connecting the two islands by a bridge and retaining the mangroves on the periphery. The smaller island will be used for a reception centre as mentioned above together with a docking area for water sports such as canoeing and kayaking and a hot air balloon terminal. 
Water Transportation System
Water transportation route (to & fro) vessels of 10-25 seater capacity with emphasis on electric power boats for zero pollution. Local fisherman will be financed for operation of a dedicated boat service with boat buy back option.
Cable car system
As the stretch of the site is 13 km, it is important for the sites to be well connected with each other. A cable car facility will be proposed along with the Chapora river stretch and providing stations at seven project sites making it accessible to tourists. 40 cable cars of 5 persons capacity will be employed on each stretch with each station having additional 40 cable car holding capacity.
