In a surprise inspection, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) conducted a raid at Mandi House Restaurant in Vasco and found the premises, including the kitchen, in highly unhygienic condition.
The FDA team flagged serious lapses in cleanliness and food safety protocols during the inspection. As a result, officials issued stern warnings and directed the restaurant to shut down operations until it meets the required hygiene standards.
