Garena has officially launched the highly anticipated Free Fire 9th Anniversary event, bringing a month-long celebration packed with fresh content, exciting rewards and new gameplay features. Running from June 24 to July 26, the event follows the theme “Fighting in Unison, Partying as One”, highlighting teamwork and friendship among players worldwide.One of the biggest additions is the all-new 3D Party Lobby, which transforms the traditional waiting area into an interactive social hub. Players can enjoy dance floors, launch pads, seesaws and various fun activities while interacting with friends before entering matches. The Arena Showdown feature also allows fans to make live predictions and participate in festive activities.The update introduces major gameplay improvements as well. A new Skill Boost System enables players to customise abilities for eight popular characters during matches. Meanwhile, the Weapon Awakening Mechanism allows gamers to enhance firearms with upgraded stats, creating more strategic combat opportunities across game modes.Battle Royale mode has also received significant upgrades, including a new revival mechanic and special Anniversary Quests that reward players with team buffs and discounts. The redesigned Anniversary Party Venue offers enhanced visuals and valuable loot opportunities.Players can unlock several free rewards throughout the event, including a special anniversary backpack, themed Male Bundle, Katana and a unique PARAFAL skin. Premium rewards such as the AUG EVO Gun and exclusive emotes are also available. In addition, special Craftland events and the official anniversary theme song, “Made for the Fire”, add to the celebrations.
