ARAMBOL: The Arambol panchayat and its waste management committee filed a complaint against Wilson D’Souza from Girkarwada for allegedly slapping a worker while collecting garbage.
According to sources, the rickshaw carrying the waste was packed to capacity so the worker told D’Souza that he would come back after half an hour to pick up his waste.

This infuriated D’Souza who allegedly slapped the worker and roughed him up. The worker named Akhtar mentioned in the complaint that some women from the vicinity dragged D’Souza away or he would have been beaten up badly.
