In the letter, GGF stated that it is brought to their notice that several complaints have been filed by the villagers and Traffic Cell Colva. The Traffic Cell with the larger interest of the public to avoid accidents and obstruction pointed out everything in the complaint. But the panchayat has failed to act against the roadside kiosks, hawkers and vendors.

The GGF has called upon the panchayat to take action within 15 working days against the roadside kiosks, hawkers and vendors failing which they have warned of filing a Writ Petition in the High Court against the Secretary and Sarpanch for their negligence of duty and inefficient and corrupt practice.
